Converting a previously run down outdated medical centre in Bundall into a fresh, modern, professional space was without challenge.
Edgecorp Constructions provided a turn key solution from project inception, design and interior design through to construction, project management and delivery.
Working closely with the client to achieve the desired outcomes in the space.
The key brief;

The scope consisted of full internal de fit and demolition followed by extensive structural works and major upgrades to all services including mechanical, electrical and hydraulics.
Our team achieved the client’s objectives of a modern local medical centre which included
- three consulting rooms
- managers office
- new reception area
- ample storage
- refurbished amenities
- a welcoming open plan waiting area for patients
