As this was the first time Edgecorp Constructions had worked with Aussie Home Loans, we were required to become part of their accredited builder list. Part of the process to becoming accredited was to ensure our systems and procedures meet their compliance standards and national regulations. As a result Edgecorp has been listed on there accredited builders list.
The project entailed the defit and demolition of the existing area to make way for the new fit out. Our team worked closely and communicated with all stakeholders; franchise, franchisee and building owner to ensure a seamless project delivery.
The scope consisted of full internal defit and demolition followed by structural works and upgrades to services including mechanical and electrical.
Our team achieved the client’s objectives which included

- new reception area
- ample storage facilities
- open plan waiting area
- refurbished shopfront and signage
Our team finished the fit out in budget, to specification and on time ensuring the project left a lasting effect to both the franchisee and franchise.
The project was undertaken in a professional and timely matter with regular feedback for matters requiring detail and attention. Our experience during the building works has been excellent as the renovations were completed in accordance with our specifications with minimal involvement.
